Permitted use

You may create birthday surprises for lawful personal use. Do not use the service to harass, impersonate, threaten, deceive or publish content that violates privacy, intellectual property or applicable law.

Your content and sharing choices

You are responsible for the words and names placed in a wish. A person with the complete link can view and forward it. Obtain any permission needed before sharing someone else’s personal information or image on another platform.

No storage or delivery guarantee

Midnight Wish is not a backup, archival or scheduled-delivery service. Keep a copy of important text and confirm the shared link before relying on it. Countdown behavior depends on the recipient device’s date and time settings.

Availability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Browser features, device limits or future changes may affect a wish page or downloaded image. We may update or discontinue features without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the project and its operators are not liable for lost content or indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
